Innovation BootCamp is an experiential, hands-on mini camp that teaches corporate "campers" to work and think together as a highly effective TEAM of innovators. The high-energy, team-building curriculum is customized for the specific needs of each client. The curriculum is built around nine key principles to innovative thinking.
Innovation BootCamp empowers clients with new perspectives, new knowledge nuggets, new insights and ideas, and a new toolbox of techniques for more innovative thinking. As techniques are taught, campers have the opportunity to practice them in a small-group format, using a cross-section of contemporary and company-specific issues to problem solve. Held at an assortment of retreat locations, each Innovation BootCamp lasts between one and two days.
The IdeaMine likes to partner with the Nature Place, a division of the Colorado Outdoor Education Center, to lead the team-building curriculum of each mini camp. While camp can be held at the Nature Place (situated on 6,000 acres of private land in Colorado - surrounded by 65,000 acres of national parks!), the majority of clients elect to have the curriculum transported to a more convenient location.
