Ashley (Nord) McGowan drops in from time-to-time to help with projects that lend themselves to her skill set. She is Ann's daughter. Ashley grew up working at the IdeaMine and knows the ins and outs of the business. Ashley graduated from Denison University with a degree in Communications before attending the University of Denver, where she received her Master's in Organizational Leadership.
Ashley and her husband live and work at Sanborn Western Camps, a division of the Colorado Outdoor Education Center (COEC). Among other things, her responsibilities include staff training and development, helping develop a new leadership program for high school students, and designing curriculum for summer campers. Ashley enjoys freelancing as a team builder/facilitator for a variety of organizations (including the IdeaMine).
